Our Client is a furniture manufacturing company seeking to employ a Human Resources Manager to plan, develop and implement HR Strategies.

 
Requirement
  • Must be educated to degree level, preferably in Business Management/Administration.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources with at least 2 years in management role.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Experienced in developing and delivering training.
  • Knowledgeable in HR/labour laws and policies.
  • Knowledgeable in the use of Human Resources Information Management System (Advantage)
  • Experienced in managing HR teams
  • Business driven with strong financial acumen.
