Our Client is a furniture manufacturing company seeking to employ a Human Resources Manager to plan, develop and implement HR Strategies.
- Must be educated to degree level, preferably in Business Management/Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources with at least 2 years in management role.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Experienced in developing and delivering training.
- Knowledgeable in HR/labour laws and policies.
- Knowledgeable in the use of Human Resources Information Management System (Advantage)
- Experienced in managing HR teams
- Business driven with strong financial acumen.
