IC-Global Microfinance Bank Limited is a regulated and supervised bank in Nigeria. It is a private limited liability company incorporated on August 25, 1991 with the Corporate Affairs Commission under the Corporate & Allied Matters Act 1990 (as amended) to carry on the business of providing baking and financial services in the country. The bank was incorporated as Isoko Community Bank in 1991 and later changed its name to IC Global Microfinance Bank Limited in line with CBN Microfinance Policy, after it acquired three (3) other Community Banks in Delta State; (Iloho Community Bank, Ndokwa Community Bank and African Community Bank).

From one bank branch in 1991, the bank currently has eighteen (18) full-fledge branches, including the head office, currently located in Effurun.
