Not a good place to work, no career structure, and also surrounded with leaders who lack management skills
Restructuring, bottom-top assessment and not top-bottom assessment which has been going on for years.
The workers should have chances to assess managers. It doesn't make sense for workers to be rated average
and the manager heading such unit is rated good or excellent, since the workers basically get the job done.
