Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) Established in 1968, the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) is the body authorized by law to regulate the practice of human resource management in Nigeria. Through its work in setting and enforcing ethical standards, the Institute has continued to promote excellence in the acquisition and application of knowledge and skills among its members. To further strengthen its capacity to fulfill its charter, the Institute is currently seeking to make the following senior level appointments in its National Secretariat: These positions offer significant opportunities to make a lasting contribution to the growth and development of human resource management in Nigeria. The remuneration and benefits available will be commensurate with the anticipated demands of the roles. Job Title: Registrar/CEO. Job Ref: CIPMN/110/CEO Reporting to the President/Chairman of the Governing Council, the Registrar/CEO provides overall leadership and direction to the National Secretariat in implementing the Council's decisions and strategic initiatives. In this capacity, you will oversee the management and administration of the Secretariat in line with world-class management standards, ensure a high quality of service delivery, and play a key role in developing the CIPMN brand and exploiting its potential to achieve greater recognition and impact. Requirements: • A Bachelor's degree in human resource management, the social sciences or a related discipline.
