Senior Level Customer Care Person.
The ideal customer care lead should have 3-5 year experience in customer care in companies like, Airlines, Hospitality Industry, Banks or Telecoms.
The role will be required to train in-house the people who interact with customers, but will also need to have an understanding on how Call Centre works.
She/he must be conversant with setting up and maintain business Processes which will help record, analysis of complaints and design of new initiatives to achieve customer satisfaction in line with our short and long term goals.
