A Boutique Hotel is recruiting for fulltime Food & Beverage Manager.
A cool boutique hotel operating in Victoria Island and Ikoyi requires a Food & Beverage Manager who will be responsible for managing all F&B operations and ensuring excellent, unforgettable experience for all guests.
Successful candidate should be able to forecast, plan and manage all f & b orders, staff and finance.
Manage all daily F&B operations within budgeted guidelines and to highest standards
Ensure excellent menu designs and costings
Plans and purchase food and beverages at the best possible quality and costs as well as continously improving the purchasing process
Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Keep tab on food costs, wastage, employee productivity with view to optimising profit and creating the best dining experience for guests/customers
Regular financial reports to management
Min Required Experience:
Proven Food and Beverage management experience in hospitality industry
Working knowledge of various software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software etc)
Very good leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
Minimum degree in relevant field
