A cool boutique hotel operating in Victoria Island and Ikoyi requires a Food & Beverage Manager who will be responsible for managing all F&B operations and ensuring excellent, unforgettable experience for all guests.
Successful candidate should be able to forecast, plan and manage all f & b orders, staff and finance.
- Manage all daily F&B operations within budgeted guidelines and to highest standards
- Ensure excellent menu designs and costings
- Plans and purchase food and beverages at the best possible quality and costs as well as continously improving the purchasing process
- Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
- Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Keep tab on food costs, wastage, employee productivity with view to optimising profit and creating the best dining experience for guests/customers
