- Coach team members to increase performance and to reach targets ·
- Strongly contribute to the execution of HR and Recruitment strategy ·
- Actively participate in our continuous process improvement programs by revising process effectiveness and efficiencies, recommending changes
- Conducting interviews to assess competencies and language ·
- Take responsibility for cross-functional resourcing project initiatives ·
- Apply the resourcing policies and procedures in a consistent manner
- Work on improving the overall recruitment experience for candidates and internal customers
- Manage all business as usual recruitment
- Developing new channels for resourcing i.e. Recruitment offices, employment fair, head-hunters, online recruitment etc.
- Provide performance management support through monthly one to ones and semi-annual Performance Dialogue meetings.
