Job Details

AEIDA Systems, producers of AEIDA water, based in New Oko Oba/Fagba area of Lagos is seeking for immediate employment, an Office Manager / Book Keeper to run the day –to-day operations of the organization.
The responsibilities of the Officer Manager will include:

•    Keeping accurate records of all transactions going out and coming into the organization
•    Monitoring general staff to ensure compliance with proper and accurate stock keeping of all stock coming from the factory into the warehouse
•    Keeping all records, including bank records, stock records, and other records at all times
•    Keeping the office organized and well-arranged at all times for ease of operations
•    Any other tasks as may be assigned
