Teclab Management Services Limited is recruiting for fulltime Operations Manager.

Founded on a philosophy and style that has positioned her to consistently provide a reliable and effective work force as well as manage total overhaul, re-engineering and training services to her numerous clients since 2006.

We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:

Job Title: Operations Manager

Core Purpose of the Job

  • Plans, directs, and oversees a company's operational policies, rules, initiatives, and goals.
  • Helps organization execute long-term and short-term plans and directives by implementing judgement, vision, management, and leadership.

Job Responsibilities

  • Measures effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and finds ways to improve processes
  • Develops and implements growth strategies
  • Acts as a liaison between company and client for quality assurance
  • Motivates staff to meet or surpass organisational and sales goals
  • Coordinates with human resources department to recruit skilled talent and keep the best employees
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
  • Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
  • Oversees daily operations and makes adjustments as necessary
  • Presents new ideas and cash flow strategies to board of directors and other company officers
  • Evaluates newly implemented sales plans
  • Provides a system for employee salaries and benefits, and makes sure employees feel valued

Qualifications and Experience:

  • First Degree in Business Administration, Humanities or Social Sciences an MBA will be an added advantage.
  • Health Industry experience would be an added advantage.
  • 8 years post relevant qualification experience.
