This is a 6 month internship where you are expected to learn to cross-sell key recruitment, Humna resources and Advertising solutions to corporate organisations and employers. You will learn to conduct excellent market research, prospect building, lead generation, closing deals and client management strategies.
Key job responsibilities:-
- Sell job & training course advertising packages to relevant organisations
- Sign up employers and recruiters on the annual subscription plans
- You'll be required to work through our list of employer contacts and also explore leads on their own.
- Explore business deals with potential partners to drive revenue growth
- Handle in-bound enquiries/queries and cross-sell our various solutions to as many clients as possible
- Manage accounts of employers and advertisers on the platform to ensure client retention
