Febalexy Ltd is recruiting for fulltime Business Development/Sales.

Job Details

  • Evaluate company’s competition & its competitors
  • Analyze company’s business practices        
  • Must show track record of sales made in the construction/real estate industry
  • Being able to write wining business proposals
  • Experience in construction/Real estate industry is very essential
  • Develop new business models for the company
  • Prepare recommendations on research already carried out
  • Create & update client profiles
  • Prepare Presentations for potential clients
  • Follow up meeting with clients, whether active or prospective ones
  • Serve as companys representative in trade associations &other promotional events
  • Serve as companys liaison with its personnel as it has to do with business potentials, opportunities , & problem resolution
  • Prepare reports as often as requested
  • Generate leads through effective management of sales process of the company
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Create opportunities for new services by networking
  • Ensure satisfaction of customers
  • Design & develop products, services & tools for client companies
  • Ability to pay attention to details
  • Ability to be persuasive
  • Effective networking skills
  • Ability to focus on a given task
  • Knowledge of procedures, involving business & administration
RECOMMENDED TRAINING: Digital Marketing Skills

Job Requirements

Min Required Experience:

5 year(s)

Min Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree/HND

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision      
  • Ability to meet up with dead lines      
  • Should be much familiar with MS Office & Internet
  • Experience in sales is very essential         
  • Building relationships        
  • Getting commitment
