Position Summary Kuber Dvelopers Ltd is seeking energetic, proactive and result oriented Sales executives for its Real Estate Projects in Lagos,Nigeria.
The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying prospective clients in Nigeria and abroad and cultivating new accounts while strategically and simulataneously managing the existing clients.

Responsibilities • Initiate and follow up the sales process from initial contact phase till closure.
• Research and analyze sales options and identify prospective clients.
• Serve as point of contact for customers and answer their service related queries in person and on the phone
• Reach or exceed the given sales target
• Generate referral business by mining existing clientele
• Develop and maintain productive business relationships with all prospects, partners and clients.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral suitable for target market
Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in Business Administration) • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales and Marketing. • Excellent presentation and communication skills with proven persuasive power • First-rate computer skills, telephone etiquette and work ethic • Self-motivated individual with strong business acumen, good time management and task prioritization skills • Proven ability to work under pressure on strict deadlines
