The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying
prospective clients in Nigeria and abroad
and cultivating new accounts while strategically and simulataneously
managing the existing clients.

• Initiate and follow up the sales process from initial contact phase
• Research and analyze sales options and identify prospective clients.
• Serve as point of contact for customers and answer their service
related queries in person and on the phone
• Reach or exceed the given sales target
• Generate referral business by mining existing clientele
• Develop and maintain productive business relationships with all
prospects, partners and clients.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral
suitable for target market
• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in Business Administration)
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales and Marketing.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with proven persuasive power
• First-rate computer skills, telephone etiquette and work ethic
• Self-motivated individual with strong business acumen, good time
management and task prioritization skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure on strict deadlines
Min Required Experience: 2 year(s)
Min Qualification: Bachelor's Degree/HND
