We have exciting opportunities for fresh graduates looking to build a career in Enterprise Sales and Business Development.

Ngcareers, a top career and humna resources solutions company, is currently looking for smart, ambitious and hardworking graduates to join our Sales/Business Development Internship Programme

This is a 6 month internship where you are expected to learn to cross-sell key Recruitment, Human resources and Advertising solutions to corporate organisations and employers. You will learn to conduct excellent market research, prospect building, lead generation, closing deals and client management strategies.

Key job responsibilities:-

  • Sell job & training course advertising packages to relevant organisations
  • Sign up employers and recruiters on the annual subscription plans 
  • You'll be required to work through our list of employer contacts and also explore leads on your own.
  • Explore business deals with potential partners to drive revenue growth
  • Handle in-bound enquiries/queries and cross-sell our various solutions to as many clients as possible
  • Manage accounts of employers and advertisers on the platform to ensure client retention

Requirements:

  • This is a 6 months internship role and we are looking primarily for smart, young graduates who are interested in pursuing a career in sales and business development. It is a paid internship and successful interns will be offered permanent roles
  • Candidates awaiting NYSC, currently in NYSC or with less than 2 years experience should apply
  • Must have natural sales ability and be willing to make as many calls as possible per day
  • Energetic, smart and able to communicate fluently (oral and written)
  • Must be very computer literate
