Job Description

We are a fast growing company with business activities in Nigeria and other African Countries. Due to expansion, the company seeks young dynamic and result oriented experienced sales persons (male & female) to focus on recruiting new dealers and to drive channel development in order to significantly increase market share, to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Executive - Channel Development

Location: Nationwide

Job Profile

  • Develop and implement strong channel strategies which will provide products at arms’ length and facilitate growth of the business.
  • Enlisting new Sale Partners in assigned territory.
  • Channel partner mapping and retail expansion.
  • Cultivate excellent channel partner relationships from Dealer through to consumer,
  • Provide all necessary field intelligence to support sales especially in the area of competitors’ initiatives, pricing etc.

Qualifications/Experience/Skills

  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Marketing or Business related discipline is preferred.
  • Relevant post graduate or professional qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years cognate experience in in sales, marketing and
  • channel management in FMCG environment.
  • Must be aggressive, forceful and persuasive with a strong result driven work ethics.
