We are a leading fast food chain based in Lagos seeking applications from purpose-driven and suitably qualified candidates for the position of Outlet Manager.
The right candidates must be smart, good looking, proactive, attentive to details and able to execute tasks to time and quality as well as addicted to excellence.
He/she will manage and coordinate overall sales of an outlet (internal and outdoor).
Ensure profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel.
The successful candidate will:
- Aggressive in driving sales.
- Achieve profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development, competitive strategies etc.
- Manage the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, and meeting agreed targets.
- Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
- Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion programme plans.
- Monitor the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications.
- Implement an appraisal system that describes the responsibilities and performance standards for each member of the sales team.
- Personally observe the performance of sales personnel in the outlet on a regular basis.

- Must have a very high sense of discipline, integrity and honesty
- Must have a proven experience in Sales, with records of achieving targets
- Must possess a B.Sc degree.
- Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Must have excellent leadership capabilities with strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Must be able to perform optimally under pressure with no supervision
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to manage the most demanding of customers.
- Must be passionate about Sales/Marketing.
- Candidate who live in Lagos are preferred.
