We are seeking to hire Female Customer Service personnel on behalf of our client. The candidate would interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about the company product and services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
Inform customer of deals and promotions
Handle changes in policies or renewals
Min Required Experience:

Communication skills - verbal and written
Problem analysis and problem-solving
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Applicants must have a degree in Business Management or any other related course
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Applicant must have at least minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Applicants must be resident in Abuja.
