Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a systematic/annual employee performance evaluation program
  • Conduct local staff recruitment/orientation for new employees
  • Response to employment verifications requests
  • Identify HR issues and provide necessary support as requires
  • Any other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in HR related fields such as Business Administration or any Social Science
  • 2 years experience as an HR Generalist
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities and work independently
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
