Job Title: Maintenance Manager Location: Lagos Organisation: NASCON Allied Industries Plc Employment Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities:
Manage the maintenance of plant and equipment Significantly improve plant performance and reliability Minimize plant down time by developing and overseeing the implementation of effective breakdown management system Prepare report, analyze data and makes recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems Coordinate all maintenance and engineering activities within a large scale, complex and defined area Define, implement and manage a risk based maintenance strategy to meet business safety, environmental, financial and operational objectives at minimum cost and in the safest manner Establish and maintain a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders, spare parts and maintenance history of plant equipment Reduce material wastage

Min Qualification: Bachelor's Degree/HND

Qualification/Experience: Minimum of 2nd class lower in first degree (B.Sc./HND Mechanical/Food Engineering or Applied Engineering) 5+ years’ experience in maintenance management role Competence Requirements: Experienced in equipment repairs and maintenance Interpersonal Skills Planning, Scheduling, Controlling & Coordinating Excellent organizational, prioritization and follow up skills Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members Excellent communication and presentation skill Managerial and leadership skills Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
