Job Summary: A Product Specialist with BPO Practice in MacTay Group will be working with Business Growth in developing business plans to achieve company revenue goals (both short and long term) by identifying sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
Responsibilities:
· Provide professional advice and leadership in managing all Warehouse and Logistics projects with clients.
· Be responsible for developing Solutions in line with current industry best-practices.
· Assist in new product introduction and release activities.
· Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve departmental revenue targets and expand our customer base.
· Ensure effective management of vendors to deliver to time and budget.
· Recommend product enhancements and updates to identify new business opportunities.
· Manage Key Accounts, identify and close on new business opportunities
REQUIREMENTS: Experience in Ware house/ logistics project management, Business Process Outsourcing, key account management and client management roles.
Minimum of 7years experience, 3 of which must be in Supply Chain Management with specialty in Warehouse Management role in either FMCG/Telecoms and Oil & Gas.
Previous experience as a warehouse manager.
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
Demonstrable experience as consultant, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Must not be more than 35years and a holder of BSc or HND Supply Chain Management, Marketing or any related courses. MBA will be an added advantage
Relevant professional certifications.

Remuneration: N300,000 Net plus commission on business closed and implemented.
