Sales and Marketing
Conducting business reviews to ensure customers are satisfied with products and services.
Letting customers know about other products the company offers.
Attending meetings with customers to build relationships.
Achieving client relationship, marketing and sales targets and KPI’s as set.
Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by customers.
Managing and maintaining engagement and advocacy programs; continually recruit new customer advocates
Managing library of up-to-date customer success stories
Managing annual/biannual/quarterly customer satisfaction surveys to drive change
Targeting happy customers for upsell, cross-sell, and advocacy opportunities
Meeting sales targets and quotas
Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
Keeping records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Taking the extra mile to engage customers
Finding ways to sell products in the face of a down market
Researching client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
Analyzing and creating plans for engaging the target market
Analyzing the competition and creating plans for engagement
Demonstrating superior time management skills and meeting sales deadlines
Preparing quality reports, strategies and presentations that promote sales, partnerships and achievement of the company’s bottomline.
Communication and Visibility
Make inputs into a range of communication and visibility documents and campaigns to improve the visibility of the companies;
Promoting and Positioning Companies for Optimal Profitability
Proactively explore opportunities for improving the bottomline and profitability of the companies; constantly explore creative opportunities, platforms and mechanisms for promoting the products and services of the three companies;
Work with the CEO to develop proposals, quotations and bids promptly; proactively search and alert the CEO of potential business opportunities and track submissions, regularly providing updates;
Financial Management and Book keeping
Keep appropriate documentation and financial reports based on the company’s financial management and book keeping policies.
Planning/Reporting/Monitoring and Evaluating Organisational Performance
Work with the CEO to plan annual, quarterly, and monthly milestones
Prepare and submit weekly updates, and monthly and annual reports
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
