Harbour Human Capital Solutions (HHCS) Limited on behalf of its client, a reputable Law firm in Lagos is currently recruiting to fill the Position of Front Desk/Administrative Officer in the Company.
- Receiving and Recording Incoming mails and distribution to addressees
- Processing and Typing of Documents.
- Recording of Outgoing mails.
- Attend to visitors and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Min Required Experience: 0 year(s)
Min Qualification: Bachelor's Degree/HND
- Excellent communication (both written and oral)
- Interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and with no supervision.
- Must be highly proficient in use of computer and familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
- University Degree or HND in Business Administration or Public Administration with minimum of 2nd Class Lower/Lower Credit.
- Experience in similar position will be an advantage
