So you’ve got a great technical understanding. Great. But you’re also great at motivating others. Great. Imagine finding a role that ticks both those boxes. Our Trainee Engineers rely on their technical knowledge to work on projects and programmes that deal with new and emerging technologies – it’s them and their team who are responsible for implementing these changes. Whether it’s designing new ways of working or even implementing new products and technologies, the operations consultant role is at the centre of driving these changes and is key to helping us deliver a great network service for our customers.
Throughout your time with us you’ll work on a variety of projects, always developing your skills and experience and taking on more and more responsibility. You’ll become a subject matter expert and you’ll be sharing your knowledge with internal teams and, in some cases, some of our global research partners and organisations.
So, if you’re looking for a role with leadership potential, have a passion and curiosity for future trends, great problem-solving skills and the ability to build trusted working relationships through teamwork, collaboration and brilliant communication, then this could be just the start you are looking for.
