We are urgently seeking for candidates to fill the position below:
Job Title: Front Desk Officer (Receptionist) Location: Lekki, Lagos
Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquires
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Announcing clients as necessary
Assisting with a variety of administrative task including copying, faxing, taking notes and making travel plans
Preparing meeting and training rooms
Sorting and distributing mails
Provide excellent customer service
Consistent, professional dress and manner
Good time management skills
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various task as required.
Min Required Experience:
Skills and Qualifications
Microsoft office skills
Informing others (team work)
Must have 2 - 3 working experience
Must be between 20 - 25 years of age.
Salary N45,000.00 - N60,000.00.
