We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Marketing and Communications Specialist
As Marketing and Communications Strategist, you will oversee the branding and marketing of Crowd Force’s products & services by developing and implementing strategic marketing activities, establishing tactical plans for promoting the business brand, building and implementing advanced business development functions designed to achieve revenue targets.
You will work with the Product Managers to prepare and submit proposals or brochures to prospective clients.

Key Areas of Responsibilities
Develop innovative ways to communicate the organization’s products and services to potential and existing customers.
Implement internal and external marketing campaigns.
Oversee the design process of Crowd Force publicity material.
Participate in marketing events such as exhibitions, conferences etc.
Identify new opportunities and threats within the customer environment and channels it through to the appropriate quarters.
Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
Update platforms with content that builds meaningful connections and encourages our target market members to identify with us or reach out.
Act as a liaison across all social media platforms (including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter).
Oversee the execution of the social media strategies and digital initiatives.
Frequently monitor and analyse social media trends.
Support Management in planning, developing and implementing PR strategies.
Work with Product Managers in preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programmes.
Min Required Experience:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or Humanities.
Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a market facing role.
Seasoned knowledge of the IT industry.
Proficiency in the use of MS Outlook and Office suite of products (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Able to close sales transactions.
Able to communicate ideas clearly.
Good computer skills.
Process management and improvement focus.
Strong work ethic and personal initiative.
Excellent organizational and task management skills.
