Ezyride Luxury Taxi Limited is a transportation company providing quality, reliable, safe and comfortable transport services within and outside Ibadan city.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Secretary

Location:
 Oyo

Job Description

  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system.

Job Duties

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Book meetings, schedule events and make travel arrangements
  • Order office stationery and supplies
  • Maintain internal databases (physical and digital)
  • Submit expense reports
  • Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners
  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mails
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations
  • Organize, store and print company documents as needed
  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers.
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an administrator, administrative assistant or relevant role
  • Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines
  • Knowledge of office policies and procedures
  • Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • HND/B.Sc in relevant field. Additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or Secretary would be a plus.
