Olohi Integrated Farms Limited is a leading agricultural company with a core focus on breeding, stocking, fattening and marketing of products like Cattle, Rams, Sheep, Goats, Giant Grass Cutter (Cane rat), Rabbit, Fish etc. At Olohi Farms, we provide services such as Mentoring of budding farmers, Agro Export Business, Agro-business awareness seminars and fairs, Consultancy, general Agro Business as well as other retail services. The farm also runs an abattoir, meat shops/butchery in different locations in Nigeria.

Job Title: Personal Assistant to the MD

Location: Lagos 

Job Description

• We are looking out for Personal Assistant to perform administrative and secretarial support to the office of the Managing Director and ensuring an effective and efficient monitoring and coordination of MD schedules.

Responsibilities

• Attend to the MD's visitors and other general inquiries in addition to managing the MD's schedules and other appointments
• Maintain data base for valuable business contacts
• Make responses to certain correspondences as required
• Manage other assignment as directed by the MD.
