La Lum'ere Konsulting is recruiting for fulltime Hubs Service Agents.
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Handle complaints, proffer appropriate solutions, document interactions, escalate and expedite the resolution of customer complaints to maximize satisfaction. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Efficiently manage large pools of incoming and outbound calls, emails.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, issues, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Keep abreast of and support operations of all verticals in the hub as required.
Min Required Experience:
Proven work experience as a Sales/Customer Service Officer or similar role in the Telco/Retail/Finance sector.
Excellent sales, communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Ability to multi-task, prioritizes, and manages time effectively
Professional Aviation Amadeus qualification is a plus.
