Job Title: Credit Supervisor

Job Description

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the credit profile of the bank, Managing and monitoring of the bank wide PAR % at every given time, Supervising of all loan processing officers, Managing and vetting loan processing, Managing the bank’s loan profiles and ensuring the monitoring of repayments without default.
• S/He will be responsible for Ensuring all loan documentation is complete and valid, Resolving all loan processing and repayment issues, Monitoring progress of existing loans & escalation to recovery where required, Allocation and monitoring of loan officers.
