Job Title: Customer Support Staff
Respond politely and courteously to customers enquiries.
Managing large amounts of inbound calls and chats in a timely manner.
Collecting customer information and analysing customer needs providing prompt, valid and complete solutions.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Resolve customer complaints via phone and chats.
Work with customer support manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
