Passing through the global partnership network of the Wisdom Keys Group based in South Africa in the year 2008, we evolved into an independent full service PR and Reputation Management Consultancy known and referred to as Chain Reactions Nigeria in the year 2010.

Job Title: Group Business Director/COO
Our preferred candidate must have spent about 10 years within the Marketing Communications echo system. A significant part of those years must have been spent in a well-structured PR/Reputation Management Consulting firm or Business/Investment Advisory firm.

Must be a deal maker and a professional problem-solver for our firm and for our clients.
Have a proven track record of developing and presenting dynamic, charismatic and persuasive presentations.
Have the ability to package ideas and feedback in a clear, logical and persuasive manner with any audience.
Must be a self-motivated high flyer leading client relationships, identifying business challenges, proffering solutions, and growing our business month on month and year on year.
Have the ultimate responsibility for profit and business growth for the organization.
Have financial acumen and understand what the success of the company and the businesses you oversee looks like.
Must be primed to generate minimum of N50million naira in new business wins or organic growth per year.
Lead or be actively involved in business development and present a minimum of 5 new or organic business opportunities each year.
Set clear objectives and expectations for your team based on your knowledge of client and the organization’s business objectives.
