Job Title: Sales Manager
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management. If you’re ready to rock, we’re the place for you.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure a strong presence
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible. Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meeting
Min Required Experience:
Educational and Other Requirements
HND/B.Sc in Social Science Courses
3 years' sales experience at managerial level.
Hands on experience in FMCG
Good knowledge of market and product development
Computer Savvy, MS Office Package
What we are looking for:
The holder of this position is responsible for driving the sales of all products at TNNFC.
The holder over sees the activities of the marketing department and ensures that all sales representatives consistently bring in new customers while maintaining old ones.
The job role also involves selling products by implementing sales plans and supervising sales staff.
Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Positive track-record of superior sales and marketing performance.
Must have High integrity index and ability to lead effectively.
