Ngcareers is recruiting for fulltime Client Service Officer.
The candidate will; Handle all incoming inquiries from clients/customers Effectively manage the feedback channels (email, phone, online chat) Resolve all complaints from users or refer to difficult issues to the appropriate quarters Support the sales team in providing a list of inbound prospects Responsibilities
Provide client/user support services in an accurate and timely fashion. Maintain a high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction. Analyze and resolve service issues promptly. Inform management about complex client issues and resolutions. Identify and develop new business opportunities with client contacts. Utilize effective problem solving and time management skills in client service operations. Maintaining client data and support the sales team with relevant inbound prospects Giving technical support to clients/users Handle administrative tasks including invoicing, monthly reconciliation of vendor/author/instructor payments
Min Required Experience: 2 year(s)
Min Qualification: Bachelor's Degree/HND

Requirements Good knowledge of MS Office tools Excellent communication (written & oral) ability Ability to withstand pressure Great interpersonal relations
