We are looking for an efficient Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to be our HR Representative is our office located in Port Harcourt.
You will facilitate daily HR functions like keeping track of employees records
You will undertake a variety of HR administrative duties :
Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
Maintain records of nationals personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
Min Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent (essential).
5 years of experience as an HR Coordinator (essential).
Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
Effective HR administration and people management skills.
Exposure to payroll practices.
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
Strong decision-making and problem solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Study specialisation: C-Social Sciences, Business, Law
Minimum level of experience required: 6 years or more
Languages: English (E-Native or bilingual proficiency).
