We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Support (Deployment and Subscription Monitoring)
The role exists to prevent defects in products and avoid problems when delivering solutions to customers.
Min Required Experience:
Minimum of 2.1 in Information Science or related course.
A minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role
Ability to perform manual and automated testing.
Ability to analyze and document test results.
Understanding software development cycles.
