Our client, a major player in the telecommunication industry is looking to hire smart sales agents in Nigeria with a drive to achieve sales targets while also learning on the job.

Job Summary

We are looking for people who love selling and are passionate about convincing people to make purchase decisions. Do you have the skills required to be a successful salesperson? Are you a self-starter with great communication skills? Then we need you to send in your application for the job of sales agents in a telecom company.


Locations: Apapa, Ikeja, Victoria Island, Kaduna, Port Harcourt, Abuja, Asaba, Benin,Onitsha & Ibadan


Job Description

  • Sign up new customer accounts in the designated territory and follow-up with sales lead
  • Develop a robust knowledge of the company’s range of products and use the same to drive sales
  • Keep a detailed database of customers within your assigned territory and work out innovative ways to grow the client base
  • Be willing to learn on the job and think outside the box
  • Project sales, develop unique sales techniques and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Evaluate customers needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
  • Exceed sales targets both at an individual and team levels
  • Receive feedback from customers and channel any issue raised to the appropriate unit.
  • Work with other field agents to ensure proper brand representation and encourage team spirit

    • Proper understanding of the nooks and crannies of assigned territory
    • Excellent negotiation and cross-selling skills
    • Must be self-motivated and willing to go the extra mile in achieving results
    • Good knowledge of various sales techniques and how to deploy them in achieving sales targets
