We are recruiting an Assistant Floor Manager for an indoor playground (kids up to 12 years old) in Victoria Island.
Candidate must be EXCEPTIONAL in customer care, Calm but Dynamic.
This is not a DESK job, and can be very busy on the weekends (main working days)
You will ne making sure all is running smoothly with the rest of the staff, as well as help plan and HOST birthday parties.
You have to be Resourceful and know when and how to bend a rule, as you're dealing with mothers and children.

Your Job requirements:
- Make sure the rest of the staff is doing their job
- Be a problem solver and handle any kind of customer complaint.
- Must be able to adapt and customize a birthday party/ or any kind of events that comes last minute.
- Must be knowledgeable in operating Point Of Sales (cashouts, end of days, cashier related issues)
- Must be very active yet very dynamic as this is an active job
