Job Title: Customer Service Representative
- We are looking to hire an experienced Customer Service Representative who will support users of their platforms.
- Respond to all enquiries from users via email, social media and live chat
- Respond to inbound and outbound phone calls
- Escalate thorny issues to the technical support team for fast resolution
- Follow up with members of the technical support team on behalf of customers
- Follow up with customers to assure them that their issue is being resolved
- Maintain the self-serve Help Desk knowledge base.
