Job Title: Event Manager / Hall Maintenance Manager
- We are looking to hire apt and dynamic candidate that will be responsible for the management and planning of the day to day operations of its event center.
- Ensure that the event center is operational with all utilities functioning properly
- Supervise and manage all staffs
- Liaise with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Supervise all maintenance processes and operation
- Track expenses and oversee budgets for maintenance
- Create and implement maintenance procedure
- Oversee security of the event center
- Manage events from start to finish
- Analyze event success and prepare report
- Carry out scheduled inspections
- Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise
