Conduct a thorough inspection of interior and exterior areas of potential customer’s property to be treated.
Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided to decide on the best overall disinfection, decontamination and sanitization solution for each customer's needs.
Make sales presentations to customers based on inspection and issues identified by addressing any questions, explaining the process and setting expectations.
Complete proper paperwork to begin service for the customer and leverage your hand held device (Tablet) provided for thoroughness, speed and accuracy
Achieve sales performance objectives through assigned leads and new business development.

· The ideal candidate must be able to hit the ground running, and have a quantifiable and proven track record of professional achievement, developing and executing plans and productive staff development.
· Demonstrated success in previous sales role; indicating a high level of sales performance, influence and selling skills. Exceptional business acumen with prior experience leading and influencing CEO level clients.
Exceptional communications skills, both written and spoken in English, Pidgin or any of the ethnic languages. Experience selling to diverse backgrounds, Businesses, Government, Schools, Hospitals, Clinics, Churches, Hotels.Restaurants,Plazas,Homeowners,etc.
Must have a reliable means of transportation.
