Job Description:

  • Interact face to face or over the phone with customers
  • Receives and transfer incoming calls
  • Responding to inquiries with products and service information
  • Sorting of mails received
  • Records all inquiries, telephone discussion & visitors
  • Receiving customers that visit the organization
  • Ensuring the reception environment is conducive
  • Telemarketing
  • Typing
Requirements

Qualifications
FSLC /SSCE /JSCE /NABTEB /ADN /OND /ND /NCE /B.Sc /B.Ed /B.Tech
Other Requirements

Requirements/Qualification:

  • Minimum Qualification; OND Secretarial Studies
  • Minimum Experience: A minimum of 3 years as a Front Desk Officer who is familiar with the Microsoft Suite.
  • Having worked in telemarketing is an added advantage.
  • Must be familiar with modern communication equipment e.g. tablets
