- We are looking to hire for the position of Head Digital Marketing & Sales, who will research, develop and implement marketing opportunities.
- Drive the bank’s product initiatives.
- Assist in the development and execution of tactical digital media marketing plans and budget.
- Enhance product definition and positioning using competitive information, market and product analysis.
- Manage social media profiles ensuring the brand, all products, events and initiatives leverage digital platforms to increase online brand awareness and trial.
- Merge data driven market understanding with customer feedback to prioritize go to market strategies.
- Provide support with online requests for editing existing or creating new platforms, on the website and social media platforms.
- Support sales and market through sales tools and market expertise to ensure their ability to effectively position and sell products.
- Make product knowledge readily available to all stakeholders through various resources.
- Find ways to sell products in the face of a down market.
- Research client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly.
- Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings).
- Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics.
- Monitor and report competitors’ marketing and sales activities.
- Assist with developing strategies to drive online traffic on all social media presence.
- Assist with developing engagement strategy to relate with online influencers and key opinion drivers, to drive brand affinity.
- Assist with developing and managing digital marketing campaigns utilizing a range of media including social media, website, paid search etc.
- Assist with providing strategic support to internal digital communication initiatives.
