Description
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance policies
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages)
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Requirements
Minimum years of experience

Qualifications
SSCE /JSCE /Diploma /ND /B.Sc /BBA
Desired Skills
driving /contract management /brand strategy /business management /budget planning /project management methodologies /ability to analyse and produce quality reports /ability to use initiative and offer reasonable solutions
Other Requirements
  • A valid drivers license, with the ability to drive
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organisation and leadership skills
  • Technologically savvy
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
