We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
- The ideal candidate will determine the demand for the product and identify potential customers and develop strategies with the goal of maximizing the firm’s profit or shares in the market while ensuring the firm’s customer are satisfied and overseeing product development.
- Direct the actual distribution or movement of a product to the customer, coordinating sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.
- Support the learning and development of the sales team
- Ensure the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets are set, mutually agreed and met
- Ensure that products, their capability and applicability are projected to prospective customers to get new business
- End to End meeting with prospective clients, explain our products, our expertise and various applications and get orders
- The role envisages through understanding the market dynamics and tapping new clients to increase sales volume
- Managing the sales function in the concerned region as detailed below:
- RSM –South- Eastern Region based out of Port-Harcourt,
- RSM - Northern Region based out of Kano,
- RSM - East- Central region based out of Enugu/ Onitsha.
