Carrying out research on footwear and leather products business and its value chain;
Gathering and organising essential data on different aspects of footwear production including prices of inputs for footwear manufacture etc; ?
Performing in-depth analysis of data collected to uncover underlying business issues and identifying opportunities for cost efficiency;
Drafting clear, in-depth and accurate reports outlining issues, opportunities and making recommendations to the management team on different business areas and assigned tasks;
Evaluating processes of the business, anticipating requirements and uncovering areas for improvement;
Monitoring progress of Go-Live workplan for the commencement of production operations in the factory;
Preparation of budget and execution of same;
Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues;
Planning and organising the calendar of the CEO and scheduling appointments as appropriate;
Managing incoming correspondence and responding to any general inquiries as necessary;
Making travel arrangements including travel itineraries, accommodation booking, feeding, etc;
Organising all internal/external meetings whilst liaising with relevant parties;
Following up with responsible parties on agreed action plans from meetings;
Maintaining the filing and database system;
Managing expense report;
Any other ad hoc projects/tasks.
