Ø  Plan, Organize, Direct and Control your sales team towards meeting company objective

Ø  Maintaining and increasing sales of the company's products

Ø  Reaching the targets and goals set for your area

Ø  Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.

Ø  Servicing the needs of your existing customers

Ø  Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.

Ø  Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole.

Ø  Training of OMR Staff.

Ø  Allocating areas to OM Representatives.

Ø  Developing sales strategies and setting targets

Ø  Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.

Ø  Compiling and analyzing sales figures.

Ø  Collecting customer feedback and market research

Ø  Reporting to Field Sales Manager.

Ø  Keeping up to date with products and competitors

Ø  From the onset, monitor and participate in promotional activities to increase the sell-out as well as try to keep in touch with the end user to better understand consumer feedback on products.

Ø  Provide necessary data and market intelligence t

Ø  Submit qualitative weekly highlights (incl. competitors’ activities) and sales reports.

Ø  Provide necessary data and market intelligence to design and plan execution of trade programs in trade universe.

Ø  Account for all POSM (Point-of-Sale Material) & TPOSM(Temporary Point-of-Sale Material) passed on to sales team, wholesale and retail.
