Scope of Work
Support customers to utilize our service after sales:
Communicate with sales reps in case they have any challenges in usage by phone or email
Solve challenges of customer (manager) satisfaction
Lead trainings with new customers
Check usage of customers to identify who's using / not using
Send reports to customers accordingly
