Job Description

o·  Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.

o    Execution of Social Media Marketing efforts.

o    Creation and execution of SMS and Email based marketing campaigns

o    Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presence

o    Develop and implement SEO strategies

o    Develop engaging online content; monitor and analyse content success

o    Manage email and social media marketing campaigns, grow client’s online communities and assist with lead generation activities..

o      Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and measure against goals (ROI and KPIs).

o    Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

o     Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple    channels and customer touch points.

o     Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness..

o    Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information

 o    Manage company website (including all images, tools, and content)

o    Oversee management of all digital channels (including updates, design, and user experience)

o    Manage day-to-day messaging/posts on social media.

o    Provide customer service by answering questions and concerns when necessary

o    Maintain effective, cohesive, and engaging brand messaging

o    Update and manage company blog, e-newsletter, and social media platforms

Qualifications
FSLC /SSCE /JSCE /NABTEB /ADN /OND /ND /NCE /B.Sc /B.Ed /B.Tech

Other Requirements

·         o   Certificate of proficiency in Digital Media or any relevant field

·         o   Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

·         o   Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

·         o   Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

·         o   Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)

·         o   Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns

·         o   Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

·         o   Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

·         o   Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
