Venia Group is hiring for the role of a marketing manager with ultimate responsibility for the Group’s marketing activities. She/he will oversee the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for all of the Group’s businesses. Candidate must have evidence of on-going personal and professional industry relationships in previous job roles that can be leveraged in the new role. They must also show experience in managing a creative team at a middle manager level and act as the lead officer in all Marketing and Communications activities, this means it is important that they are accessible and approachable for other employees to see them as an advisor and point of contact, to provide high-quality advice to solve any marketing execution problems.
Craft strategies for all marketing activities, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creatives.
Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing team.
Set, monitor and report on team goals.
Design branding and positioning strategies
Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, promotional materials, etc.)
Analyse consumer behaviour and determine customer personas
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
Development and implementation of the Brand strategy.
Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products
Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
Working closely with the Group’s business development team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team.
Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team.
Work closely with Business Managers to define marketing materials and programs.
Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
