 Promote sales of properties through advertisements, branding and participation in multiple listing services.

Map out, design and develop training plan for prospective and registered realtors

Market and motivate realtors via social media platforms, online and physical training and provide necessary information about sessions.

 Must be able to present purchase offers to clients for consideration.

Coordinate appointments with prospective buyers and realtors for site visitation and inspections

 Constantly touch base with realtors via phone calls and social media in order to keep them motivated and up to date with new properties and training schedules.

Collaborate with the digital and video team to shoot videos for advertisement of properties on social media platforms

·Act as an intermediary in negotiations between the company and potential clients

·Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold in order to determine its competitive market price.

·Research and generate lists of properties and negotiate with other real estate companies for sales partnerships

·Review plans for new construction with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and features.

·Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.

·Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the property

·Arrange meetings between the company and potential clients when details of transactions need to be negotiated.

·Schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers

·Communicate with clients via email, phone calls, etc and answer all lead and customer questions accurately

· Inform clients of current promotions and discounts

· Maintain positive business and clients relationships in the effort to extend clients lifetime value

· Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team

· Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly

· Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas

·  Display commercial, residential properties to clients and explain their features.

Other Requirements
  •  HND/B.Sc/BA in Marketing or relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in REAL ESTATE MARKETING or any other field.
  • Ability to co-ordinate trainings and motivate realtors is an added advantage
  • Ability work as part of a team and shoot short videos for advertisement
  • Impeccable customer service skill and flare for sales
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly motivated, driven attitude, sales-driven, results-driven, target-driven attitude and strong social media skills
  • Ability to meet exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
  • Solution oriented with ability to build relationships across a cross-disciplinary team comprised of diverse personalities, skill sets, and levels of experience
  •  Strong communication capabilities, written and verbal, for executive level discussion and influence, comfort and confidence interfacing with and presenting to executives, staff and clients.
  • Superior organization and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and great follow-through
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment
  •  Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of corporate branding techniques is an added advantage
