l Assist COO (Chief Operating Officer) and operating team to execute marketing projects including online and offline product promotion and brand promotion.
l Handle social media platforms such as Facebook and Company website, and monitor the performance of the websites and social media platforms.
l Prepare marketing materials such as sales brochures, leaflets, souvenirs.
l Ensure that promotion activities meet agreed objectives within the timeframe and complete daily, weekly and monthly key performance indicators (KPI).
l Cooperate with all departments of the company, deal with emergencies, customer complaints and suggestions efficiently and provide regular reports, document results and maintain detailed records on promotion activities.
l Conduct market research, customer surveys to inspect market trends and competitors’ operation performance and summarize suggestions for company’s promotion work accordingly.
l Assist in delivering external training programmes for the region.
l Establish business relationships with universities in Lagos.
l Organize and implement offline promotion activities in areas with dense crowds of people, like residential areas, universities and office buildings
